Instant Porridge with extras

  • 3/4 cup instant oats
  • 1 table spoon coconut cream powder
  • 1 table spoon instant milk powder
  • 1 table spoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dried fruit and/or nuts.

Mix ingredients into individual food safe zip-loc bags for each serving.

Boil water and add to the bag (I was skeptical but they do not melt).

Knead the bag and set it aside to cool for a couple of minutes. (Place in a food cosy if you want to retain the heat.)

Eat straight from the bag – no washing up required!
