Potato Fritters

What you need for 1 serve:

  • 1 Dspn flour
  • 10 grams instant mash
  • pinch dried garlic
  • pinch dried oregano
  • 1.5 to 2 dspn oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

What you need to do:

  • Pack the dried ingredients together before leaving home.
  • In the bush, add the water a bit at a time
  • Add more as necessary as the potato soaks in the water
  • Divide the mix into small fritters
  • Lightly fry in oil.
