What you need for 1 serve:
- 1 Dspn flour
- 10 grams instant mash
- pinch dried garlic
- pinch dried oregano
- 1.5 to 2 dspn oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
What you need to do:
- Pack the dried ingredients together before leaving home.
- In the bush, add the water a bit at a time
- Add more as necessary as the potato soaks in the water
- Divide the mix into small fritters
- Lightly fry in oil.
