I had one thing on my mind today, reach Shelter Cove Resort before the kitchen closes at 7pm. I made it by 5pm! A huge effort for such a long distance day
I’m loving Oregon and the flattish trail. It’s not flat, there are definitely climbs however they are graded really well and gain the height over long distances.
At Shelter Cove Resort there were a bunch of hikers, none I’ve seen before. Most were hanging about the grill, eating and hydrating.
